This document is a large historical compilation (859 pages) of letters, reports, circulars, meeting notes, organizational plans, and party communications of the Judenstaatspartei (Jewish State Party), primarily a Zionist Revisionist organization active in the early 1930s across Europe (Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, France, Bulgaria, etc).
It mainly covers the years 1933 to 1936, just before WWII, documenting efforts to build support for Jewish statehood in Palestine and organize local Jewish communities.

Specifically:
- File 4O contains internal correspondence of the Jewish State Party, a prewar Revisionist Zionist political group. It includes names, addresses, and personal data of individuals involved in Jewish political organizing.
- File 4L consists of Nazi SD surveillance reports targeting religious organizations. These documents may include antisemitic, anti-religious, and politically motivated statements written from the perspective of a totalitarian regime.
